Let's Talk Travel

Supporting employability and education professionals in Gloucestershire by providing information and interventions regarding sustainable transport and adding value to the work of those organisations. Travel has been evidenced as an added barrier preventing learners and job seekers from accessing education and employment opportunities further afield, with up to 40% avoiding opportunities which require travel. This initiative aims to counter these issues through support and advice designed to increase travel confidence and so increase opportunities for job seekers.

Our resources and services are designed to blend with existing employability support programmes delivered by colleges and other providers as well as underpinning the support given by local Job Centre Plus staff. Organisations can access a range of support tailored to meet their needs including informative resources, tailored workshops and support at events.
